Matt Regan
Managing Director
Matt Regan is a Managing Director of WR Hambrecht + Co. Matt was instrumental in the creation and implementation of the firm's OpenIPO product, which levels the playing field in initial public offerings, allowing individuals and institutional investors to bid online for shares of an IPO. He founded and continues to oversee the firm's retail brokerage operation, which provides access to the auction products as well as private equity and brokerage services to online self directed investors. Matt has been in the securities industry since 1993, and has always been involved in strategic projects, including the creation and deployment of several online brokerage businesses. Matt graduated from the University of Toronto and has a masters degree from Villanova University.

Terry Fant
Vice President of Corporate + Venture Services
Terry Fant is Vice President of Corporate + Venture Services for WR Hambrecht + Co. Terry joined WRH+Co as Director of Corporate Services in March, 2002. Previously, Terry was with JP Morgan Chase and its predecessor company Hambrecht & Quist in the corporate & executive services group. Terry works with the management teams, employees, venture capital firms, and large private investors of our corporate clients. His services include restricted stock trading, planned selling programs, employee stock option plans, and corporate share repurchase. Terry graduated from Bucknell University with a BS in Accounting.
